Photography has always been a huge passion of mine and I love all aspects of it, from fine art, to studio, to the blurry phone snaps of a great night out.
I was drawn to wedding and lifestyle photography because of the joy of capturing those precious moments in time that you only get once. I just love being able to grab hold of the moment and hold it in time forever, to look back on over and over again, and be instantly drawn back to the emotions and love that shine through.
I've had the great pleasure of shooting at many beautiful locations across Staffordshire and Cheshire, and I'm now exploring the stunning and varied areas around Ireland, having moved here with my Irish husband in 2020. We are so lucky to have such spectacular venues and landscapes across this wonderful island. I still get over to the UK to shoot a few weddings every year, so please do get in touch if you are planning a UK wedding.
During shoots, my aim is to make you feel as relaxed as possible. Not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera, but 10 minutes in and you'll be wondering what there was to be nervous about. I stay in the background as much as possible to capture your natural interactions, but will always give prompts and guidance where needed. I look for the details, the emotions and the connections.
When I'm not working, I've usually still got the camera in my hand, capturing all of the family moment with my boys, who pop up in my portfolio shots from time to time!
