Booking all of the elements of your wedding can be a daunting task so I've tried to include all of the information here to help you to make your decisions, including details on how to proceed if you decide that I'm the right photographer for capturing your very special wedding day. You can also message me or ask me to give you a call any time to talk through other questions or requests you may have.

Am I the right photographer for you?

On your day I'll be taking LOTS of candids in the the background - you'll often forget I'm there! But I'm also always on hand to give some gentle prompts and direction when needed to get the very best photos for you. We can arrange your timeline around what works for you - so we can get some fabulous photos with a first look before you even walk down the aisle, or we can stop off between ceremony and reception to make the most of the stunning landscape around your venue - whatever you're up for. We're not going to spend hours away from your guests; we'll grab a bit of time away getting some beautiful, natural photos of the two of you and then make sure you're hitting that party ASAP. I'll also be luring you out for another 15 minutes around 'golden hour' or sunset to get the most out of your venue and the amazing light at that time of day.

What do I need to do now?

Let me know if you'd like me to give you a call to talk through any questions you have. If you've decided which package you would like and checked that I'm available, I just need a few more details from you and a €300 deposit to secure your date. Complete the booking form below and I'll then send you a copy of your wedding contract to sign digitally and an invoice for your deposit. And that's it! Once I have received your deposit, you're all booked in, and can tick off one more thing from your wedding 'to do' list.

Albums

Creating albums is a huge part of my complete service for my couples. Digital images are fantastic and perfect for quickly sharing the memories of your day with friends and family, but a beautifully crafted, personalised wedding photo album will last for generations - forever transporting you back to that wonderful day. In days to come, each time you open your album to reminisce about your day, you will be so glad that you made the investment in such a high-quality, printed album, perhaps even pointing out guests and telling stories of the day to future generations not even born when you say your 'I dos'.

Booking my 'Full Story' package includes a Classic Album: 30 pages (15 double page spreads) which hold 70 photos. Check out my ALBUMS page for my full range to add to any other package.

What happens once I'm booked in?

I'll send you out my information booklet that gives you some more information in preparation for your day regarding your photography. Then around a month before your date, you'll receive a questionnaire which ensures that I have all of the details specific to your day, including timings, a group photo lists and all of those little things that will make your wedding so special and unique to you. A few weeks before your wedding, we'll catch up with a phone call to answer any last minute questions and to start the countdown to your big day! But at any point, I'm always available to contact whenever you need.

Ready to go?

If you've already checked my availability and you would like to book, please check through my terms and conditions at the bottom of this page to make sure that you are happy with everything and then just complete this booking form. Once I've got all of your details, I'll send through your contract and an invoice for your deposit. Once they are both returned, your date will be secured.

  • The client has 14 days after the signing of contract and paying of the deposit to cancel the agreement for all monies paid to be refunded.
  • The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the photographer but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Cancellation less than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the wedding date will result in the remaining balance in full becoming due.
  • Any cancelation request must be made in writing.
  • ‘All day’ coverage will begin roughly 2 hours before the ceremony and finish just after the first dance, but no later than 10pm.
  • Your online gallery link will be shared with you and your guests on your wedding day. Clients will have the first viewing of final photos and can choose to have photos removed from the gallery before they are made available to guests 24hrs after delivery to the client.
  • Delivery of the preview slideshow (via online gallery) after dinner is subject to: a meal being provided for the photographer; sufficient WIFI or 4G signal to allow uploads; speeches occurring before the meal is served. In the event that the photographer is unable to deliver the slideshow by the evening of the wedding, it will be delivered within 72 hours.
  • Photographs will be delivered to the client via online gallery as full resolution JPEG files with printing rights within 8 weeks of wedding date. It should be noted that you are strongly advised to immediately copy/backup your wedding photographs in a number of locations. Digital media has a limited lifespan and therefore any storage device cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Your online gallery will be available for 12 months from the date of your wedding.
  • The photographer maintains copyrights of photographs and the rights to use photographs for editorial, advertising and other purposes. (If you do not wish for your photos to appear publicly then please just let me know)
  • The client has the right to share and reproduce photos for personal use, but not for commercial use or financial gain.
  • All images presented to the client are the final selection. Any other images will not have passed quality control and therefore will not be processed or released to the client. RAW or unedited images will not be provided to the client.
  • The Photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. It is impossible to record digitally the exact colour as seen by the human eye. Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs.
  • Due to the limitations of computer monitors, images appear differently according to the specification of each monitor and print colours will not identically match images rendered on any particular computer monitor.
  • At some venues, the photographer's movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer's choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.
  • Although all equipment is checked regularly and backup equipment is available, including camera bodies, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure beyond the photographer’s control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, the photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.
  • In the unlikely event of the photographer being unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe illness), the photographer reserves the right to appoint another photographer to attend on their behalf to undertake the photography.
  • The photographer holds public liability insurance.
  • Album designs will be completed by the photographer within two weeks of the client selecting their final photographs. Photos must be selected by the client within 6 months of receiving their online gallery, or additional charges may be payable in the case of increased prices from the supplier. Once designed and approved by the client, album orders will be sent to the printer, at which point order completion and delivery times will be reliant upon the print company and beyond the photographer’s control.
